CrossFit is a Core Strength and Conditioning program consisting of Power lifting, Olympic Lifting, plyometrics, Body weight and stabilization exercises. The movements are functional in nature as they relate to the body's natural ability to move. Our community is made up of your average person looking to accelerate their fitness and enjoy a fun and healthy lifestyle.
