A small, faith-based private school. Connecticut Christian Academy was established in Meriden, in the fall of 2010. The Academy has 14 students spanning from pre-school to 8th grade.
Applications are being accepted for the 2011-2012 year, and high school grades will be added, if enrollment warrents doing so.
The school is housed in the First Assembly of God Church on Paddock Avenue and employs "a Christian-based philosophy where Christ is glorified and Christ-based values are emphasized," according to administrator and teacher Gregory Brousaides.
The school uses ABeka curriculum.
