HistoryI always wanted to have my own restaurant. When my oldest son started college, I felt it was time for me to start fulfilling my dream and doing what I like. I wanted to create a unique eatery that provides a casual, warm and inviting environment where people can relax, have fun, and enjoy a delicious healthy meal. I opened Kibberia in January 2011, and it has been a truly amazing year for me. Much more work than I ever expected, but also much more fulfilling than I ever expected.
