Mid-Coast Family Services is a nonprofit organization formed in 1999 after merger of the Women's Crisis Center and Mid-Coast Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse. The center provides various services and programs to eliminate family violence, homelessness and substance abuse. It additionally provides several youth services and family violence prevention programs. Located in Victoria, Texas, the center offers outreach, screening, assessment and referral services.
