West Charter Real Estate began as a commercial real estate brokerage, and as our clients' needs expanded, so did we. Over the years, our residential focus grew, and many of our clients are cross-over home buyers/sellers and business owners. The founder has over 40 years' experience in real estate sales and commercial financing. Our agents come from a wide variety of professional backgrounds - such as business, law, urban planning and more - with extensive knowledge in more than just how to fill in the blanks on a contract.
