Quality beef brisket, tri tip or London Broil beef, marinated 48 hours in Bragg's Liquid Aminos, freshly grated; garlic, onion and black pepper. Also, personally toasted sesame seeds & 35k/90k cayenne pepper for medium/extra spicy. Occasionally added chives or tarragon. Extra love & good vibes also blended in.

Love this jerky! London Broil is my favorite. The everything seasoning adds great flavor and like that there is no sugar. Great flavor!
