History
Breck Film took over operations of The Eclipse Theater in 2021. The Eclipse (formerly The Speakeasy) is the only public movie theater in Breckenridge. The theater screens Blockbusters, indie films and adventure movies. The Eclipse was the name of the first ever movie theater in Breckenridge in 1910 that closed due to World War II. Breck Film, the town's local film art non-profit, is excited to have a theater to call home and bring back the town history into the newly renovated theater.
