IES Solar was founded by a group of local Colorado businessmen who were previously involved in real estate development, telecommunications, architecture, energy-efficient homebuilding, and solar energy. Their combined knowledge of these various business activities helped grow IES Solar rapidly in the Colorado area. In a little over a year, IES Solar has financed and installed a numerous residential and commercial solar systems in Colorado. IES recently developed a residential solar lease that allows their customers to go solar for little or no money down.
