In our first year, we were training clients in the convenience of their own home. In 2009 we partnered with MCS Karate to offer private studio training. Then in 2010, the business changed locations to Healthstyles Exercise Equipment store located at 1685 S Colorado Blvd, Denver CO 80222. (Next to Runner's Roost) The studio is a full size fitness center with functional and cardio equipment along with benches, dumbbells, squat rack, and free weights. The entire store and all equipment is available for use during personal training. Can you imagine the variety?? YES and every workout will be as different and as challenging as you desire!
