History
As a domestic violence survivor, I felt profound relief and release from a consistent yoga practice. Unable to control my thoughts, I learned through meditation and breathing techniques to soothe myself and change my reactions to my environment. Changing from the inside wasn't easy but it changed the outside too. I want to give back and teach people looking for empowerment, relief and release from stress and trauma a way to live their best life- one breath at a time!
