Established in 1953, The Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo (HACP) provides public housing and rental assistance to low-income families and individuals. It owns and manages 901 public housing units throughout the city of Pueblo. The company provides rental-housing opportunities for families and individuals and it owns programs, such as low-income public housing, Section 8 new construction, farm labor program, housing choice voucher and moderate rehabilitation, among others. The Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo is an Equal Housing Opportunity member.
