History

Originally founded to product the Telluride Bluegrass Festival (which we continue to produce today), we acquired the Planet Bluegrass Ranch property in Lyons in 1994, where we now host the annual RockyGrass Festival (founded 1973) and Rocky Mountain Folks Festival (founded 1991).

Specialties

Presenting world-class outdoor music festivals, indoor concerts in the 300-seat Wildflower Pavilion, and private events and weddings - all on our historic 18-acre property along the St. Vrain River.
