Patty Elliott worked for A formal affair/ A fitting place for over 20 years. Before that she owned a small alteration shop in the mountains of Boulder county. Liz Daniels has known and worked with Patty since the summer of 2008. She has a fashion design degree and has been in the tailoring business since 2006.
