Dinner at Orchard Park. "Shepherds pie " and an invisible fruit cup. Yum yum

The salad was right, the chicken was overcooked. The gluten-free noodles or just noodles.Nothing else.

This is my menu for arenal friendly gluten. Free diet, as you can see, there's very few selections available to me.

This was a breakfast order where I received cranberry juice instead of hot tea.I'm supposed to limit Sugar intake.

This is the light fixture in my room above my bed.That has a Pole chain.Haven't seen that since the nineteen sixties either.
