Dr. Dale Knobbs was born and raised in the beautiful state of Colorado, where he currently lives with his wife Cindy, son Nick and daughter Rachel. After graduating from Harrison High School in 1981, Dr. Knobbs attended Pikes Peak Community College for two years. During this time Dr. Knobbs became interested in the human body's innate ability to heal itself and transferred to Park College in Parkville, MO, where he completed the 60 hours required for Chiropractic College. In 1988, Dr. Knobbs graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College with his Doctor of Chiropractic.
