I completed a massage therapy program at the MN School of Business and Health Sciences. I went on to work for a couple of different massage centers before moving to Colorado where I opened my private practice in January 2005. I wanted to have a place where I'm able to spend more quality time with a person one-on-one without the pressure of being rushed in a busy setting. I have a nice peaceful office in Wheat Ridge where I perform my massage sessions. I have been practicing massage professionally since 2001 and have truly enjoyed meeting and working on all sorts of wonderful people. Colorado is a beautiful place to live, work and play! Wonderful energy and great people here. :)

I specialize in a variety of massage techniques including Swedish-style, passive stretching, sports massage, healing touch therapy, aromatherapy and general relaxation with energy work. I usually give a combination of techniques to suit your personal needs. Superior service, I take my time with my clients and don't rush through our session.
