Eileen Moore Koenigsberg started this business out of her home in Denver after giving birth to her third child and desiring to stay home. Jon joined her three years later. They have much experience with all types of commercial and residential projects and love a new challenge.

We specialize in sustainable, smart, efficient, and creative design for residential and small commercial projects. We love helping you think outside the box and creating an environment that supports you in all ways. Our favorite project type is the modern house, custom designed, to work with the site and your special needs and desires. We offer experience in historic preservation as well as very modern state-of-the-art construction technology and style. New Structures, additions, remodels, tenant finish, medical offices and clinics, restaurants, schools, businesses, we can assist you in designing, creating your desires and getting it bid and built. We also offer interior design services, staging, and consultation. We can do room makeovers, house, apartment, office, or studio makeovers, paint color schemes, artwork recommendations, purchasing, and placement, and a wide range of personal style and organizing needs. These are done on an hourly or per job agreement.
