Christina Moore joined The Physical Therapy Specialty Center in 2019. As an occupational therapist she addresses your activities of daily living (ADL'S) and helps you progress towards your optimal functional level. She commonly treats injuries to the elbow, wrist and hands. Other services and treatments Christina provides include: Splint fabrication/recommendations for pre-fabricated bracing; Arthritis; Physical and cognitive deficits resulting from Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, stroke, concussion, neurological disorders and generalized weakness; Training with adaptive equipment; Fall prevention.

Occupational therapy is the use of assessment and intervention to develop, recover, or maintain the meaningful activities, or occupations, of individuals. Occupational Therapy includes training for independent living-housekeeping and training for normal arm and hand use.
