In a society where Corporations now dominate over family business, at Leroux Creek Foods, supporting family owned and operated farms is a must! When we finish harvesting the bounty from our own crops, we turn to our small local organic farms where their strong commitment to environmental values makes their fruit the obvious choice for our sauce. In 1986, Leroux Creek built a large scale dehydration facility on the property where our cannery is located today. 1990 brought big changes for Leroux Creek Foods when, after two successive stone fruit failures in 1988 and 1989, our plant was transformed from a dehydration facility into a cannery. From that point unto the present, Leroux Creek has developed, manufactured, and marketed it's own brand of natural apple sauces ; in addition to co-packing for other specialty labels.
