Koa Fit was formed on the idea that you can exercise your body without breaking your body down. Traditional weight training can lead to injury and overuse, but corrective exercise and functional fitness creates fluidity and power. Our trainers strengthen the body to perform powerfully AND efficiently. This combination produces more strength and endurance while also preventing injury and joint damage. Getting the body to move more efficiently keeps the energy in the movement instead of wasting it due to misalignment. Training movement instead of specific muscles also helps you burn more calories during and after your workouts.
