Specialties
We are a synchronized, choreographed ballroom social dance activity also known as Round Dancing. We are members of the International Association of Round Dance Teachers, a non-profit educational organization for Round Dance leaders world-wide. Synchronized, choreographed ballroom dancing is prompted by the instructor. The choreography is music specific and difficulty rated into phase I through phase VI. Our syllabus includes International and American rhythms. The dance choreography is prompted ahead of the music so the dancer can perform the dance figures in time with the music. There is no dance memorization. All dancers perform the same choreography thereby creating synchronicity on the dance floor. Additionally, each dance is choreographed to specific music and the dance is performed worldwide by our affiliate instructor members. So, the choreographed dance you learned in the United States would be danced in Europe, Japan, Australia, and other countries.
