Executive Chef and Owner of The Gourmet Cowboy, Tom McNeill, is true to our company's name. Tom graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park and has worked for the Sheraton-New Orleans, the Hyatt Regency-Pittsburgh, and the Westin Hotel-Vail, before starting his own catering company. He has spent the last 13 years in the Colorado high-country developing recipes that cater to casual outings or formal dinners for groups of 15 to 1500.
