HistoryRMT was founded in May 1996 in Vail, Colorado, after enthusiastic and diverse architects met one another while working in the Resort and Luxury Home industry at a well respected local design firm. Almost immediately, RMT demonstrated its design and management skills by designing the very first home in Bachelor Gulch, a home which was soon thereafter featured on Home and Garden Television (HGTV).
