The Fraser Valley Metropolitan Recreation District hosts activities and recreational sports activities. The district serves people in Fraser Valley and Winter Park areas in Colorado. Its sports complex features a sand volleyball court, horseshoe pits, restrooms and covered picnic areas, as well as serves youths and adults. The district provides its sports complex for family reunion parties and receptions on a rental basis. The Fraser Valley Metropolitan Recreation District also operates The Warehouse, which is a facility that hosts gymnastics programs. The facility features a springboard floor, trampoline, balance beam and climbing ropes. The Fraser Valley Metropolitan Recreation District is a part of the Colorado Parks and Recreation Association.
