Opened in October 2015, this 130 year old farmhouse has been renovated and restored to reflect it's natural historic beauty but also to allow the community to gather in a warm and natural setting. The menu is considered Colorado Rustic that change with the seasons and feature eggs from the chicken coop and produce from the quarter-acre garden in the backyard of The Farmhouse at Jessup Farm when available. Local ingredients, including blue corn from Native Prairie Farm, will be the stars of the menu that make the Farmhouse at Jessup Farm an engaging dining experience. Education is a major focus of the restaurant and is reflected in the butcher on site, community cooking courses featuring local produce when available and investing in their staffs food and beverage education in local food that can be shared with our community.
