HistoryI have been a massage therapist since 1999, spent the first 10 years of my career working in high end resort spas until I relocated to Fort Collins in 2009. I have enjoyed transitioning into building a repeat clientele. I love helping my clients find balance and restoration, and I strive to be present in all my interactions.SpecialtiesI have been a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist since 1999. I graduated from the Florida School of Massage, and also have a BS in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Florida. I have a strong background in Sports Massage, Active Isolated Stretching, and Deep Tissue (NMT). I am also a Reiki Master Teacher. I work in conjunction with my clients to create a truly unique and individual experience.
