I started doing home inspections about 20 years ago for friends and family as well as for people who I have done remodeling and home improvement work for. Three years ago I decided to get certified and turn it in to an actual business. It has been a very natural transition from the construction, remodeling industry to doing home inspections full time. I still do a limited amount of remodeling work for my regular customers who I have serviced for several years
