History
Rachel has wanted to be a massage therapist since she was 13 - learning at a young age the gratification that comes from helping others feel better. This desire led her to a BS in Kinesiology; Massage School + an Advanced Bodyworker Program; a stint in Personal Training; being a doctor's apprentice and leading their rehab exercise program at the Sports Medicine Clinic, Trimotus, in Phoenix; working and traveling full time with George Hincapie's professional cycling team, Holowesko Citadel and being committed to surrounding herself with people who know more and push the boundaries on what their profession is expected to know and offer. This culminated on Colorado Movement Therapy - a collective mixture of her experience and passion to deliver exceptional care and a partnership in helping you find more ease and relief in your life.
