Eduardo always enjoyed creative and healthy Mexican cooking. One day, he searched for good quality tamales in the area, but couldn't find any. So he created his own recipe. He found that using extra virgin olive oil instead of lard added a wonderful and sophisticated aromatic flavor and scrumptious texture. He made them again for a birthday party and they were gone in 5 minutes before the other foods were even served. The guests were crazy for them! So it's Eduardo's mission to share these
