Cathy Benson, the owner of Benson Sotheby's International Realty has been a realtor in the Crested Butte area for over 30 years. She has owned real estate agencies under various names including the last before Benson Sotheby's International Realty, which was Benson-Rous Century 21. Cathy Benson decided to change over to the Sotheby's International Realty brand to give her and her agents a more distinguished presence in the Crested Butte area.
