History

Armbrust Real Estate Institute is the first State approved real estate school in Colorado and has always maintained the highest first time passing rate on licensing exams. Each AREI instructor is a seasoned real estate veteran, offering our students the combined insight of more than 125 years of experience. Beyond test preparation, however, the staff and faculty at AREI focus our efforts on helping our students achieve their goals: success in real estate once the license is obtained!
