Arapahoe Rental was started in 1957 by Donald J. Bowey and served the needs of the growing Denver residents and businesses at their single location on Belleview Ave. until moving to our current location in 1990. Unable to meet the growing demands for rental services in the area, Donald opened a full service rental center built from the ground up at our current location at 1700 E. County Line Rd. Highlands Ranch CO. Donald operated Arapahoe Rental until retirement in 2001 when he sold the company to the Henderson brothers, Jeff and Joel. The Henderson's were experts in the Equipment Rental industry and had long dreamed of owning their own stores. They made this a reality in 2001 and acquired a second location in Windsor, Colorado in 2003 and successfully operated the two of them until retirement in 2013 when they sold to the Stewart family. Arapahoe Rental has and always be a family-run business whose values are founded on customer service and community relationships.
