Anne has been practicing yoga for over twenty years. She is passionate about teaching yoga for all humans, specializing in Prenatal and Postpartum, with a mindful approach to offer every individual a tailored experience. She is an experienced teacher who offers powerful classes for the mind, body, and spirit. She combines the ancient wisdom of yoga with modern movement science. As a mother she knows that pregnancy and postpartum require and deserve special considerations. She teaches to support pregnancy, prepare for birth, and support a positive and easeful post birth recovery. All of her classes include mindfulness, story telling, functional movement, somatic movement, and biomechanical alignment to support a lifetime of health and wellness.
