The Animas-La Plata Operation, Maintenance and Replacement Association is a collaborative effort between the Southern Ute Indian Tribe, Ute Mountain Ute Tribe, The Navajo Nation, Colorado Water Resources and Power Development Authority, The San Juan Water Commission, the La Plata Conservancy District, and the State of Colorado.
