Elizabeth Ward received her massage therapy certification from the Myotherapy College of Utah in 2003 and continued education and training in Medical Massage, Active Isolated Stretching and Strengthening, Anatomy Trains, Orthopedic Massage, Access Consciousness Bars and Body Processes, and Sonic Alchemy. A wide-ranging set of techniques may be used to treat physical pain and discomfort stemming from strain, sprain, scar tissue, muscle and fascia restriction, and joint capsule adhesions. Non-physical trauma also be treated with sound therapy. The results range from subtle to profound and are best understood by simply experiencing a session.
