Matt has extensive experience in design, construction, marketing, contract negotiation & sales. With over 10 years experience in real estate acquisition, development & sales, Matt has worked closely w/ owners, developers, architects, designers, contractors & city planners. When he moved back to the Bay Area, he joined a well established team to help design, build & sell real estate at Windermere & RE/MAX; in 2013 he was handpicked to join Sereno Group, a boutique real estate powerhouse set out of redefine the biz. Since licensed, he has been a Top producer recognized as one of the Top 100 of US based RE/MAX real estate agents + one of the Top 1,000 agents in the country by The Wall Street Journal Matt has a degree from Seattle University in Communications with an emphasis in Negotiations and a minor in Psychology & Sociology. In 2015 he was accepted into a negotiation course, which he successfully passed, at Stanford University Matt is very proud of the many referrals he has received
