HistoryI started this business in 2010 because I was looking for a program to enroll for my own kids in that would allow them to learn while staying active and putting their natural energy to good use. When I couldn't find anything like that in the Yuba/ Sutter area, I decided to put my teaching degree to use, and start my own music and movement program. I started by teaching music and movement classes in my own home for my kids and friend's kids. Since then my program has grown immensely and I now teach classes at my Yuba City Studio as well as on-site for local preschools, and daycares.Specialtiesone-hour weekly music and movement classes for 0-5 year olds. Children learn a basic preschool curriculum such as letters, numbers, shapes, colors, and monthly science-based themes, as well as social skills and classroom readiness skills entirely through the use of music and movement activities.
