History
Created as a summer program by Lawrence Grey, YPG has been steadily growing since it started in July of 2013. With such a high demand for electronic music education and very few affordable options, YPG has been consistently helping kids from all over LA make music since its inception through private workshops, classes in schools, and workshops at non-profits. Lawrence Grey has a Masters in Education and a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from UCLA. He also has a bachelors in Music Composition from NYU. He has been teaching electronic music and making music with kids for over a decade.
