History
Yoga Therapy for Golfers is a culmination of two of my passions: golf and Yoga. Having been a Yoga practitioner for 17 years and a golfer for 15 years, I saw a pattern between the two in terms of my own athletic ability, mind-set and performance. After being sidelined with some injuries, I decided to take a closer look at how Yoga can help golfers heal from injuries to get back in the game sooner and/or achieve their personal goals. In my sessions, not only are the specific physical needs addressed but also the all important aspect of mental focus.
Specialties
I work with golfers individually to improve their strength, flexibility, balance and mental focus using the tools and practices of Yoga. I customize a Yoga practice to each golfer's needs.
