Xfinity is by far the worst customer service. They treat customers like they are nothing and they may have bundle deals but in the end they are robbing people bc their pricing is still high....

We have an 82 year old neighbor who has been without a telephone for over a week. A technician came out on Oct 19 and phone worked for 1 hour. Now she will be without a phone again until October 30!
