HistoryAbout who I am I am a bilingual (Spanish) and bicultural clinical psychologist. I began my career with a determination to learn how to help people be the best version of themselves. I embarked the rigorous, yet fulfilling, journey of becoming a psychologist which uprooted me from everything that was familiar to me. I left my home town in Mexico and dove into a whole new culture in the United States. This cultural transition challenged me in ways I never imagined, and it exposed me to ways of life that helped expand my mind. In getting my education I got the opportunity to learn from brilliant scholars, knowledgeable clinical supervisors, friends, colleagues, co-workers, and my wonderful trusting clients who helped me become my best personal and professional self.
