Shoes That Fit is located on Claremont Boulevard at the corner of Andrew Drive just north of Foothill Boulevard. This volunteer-based association is committed in providing children-in-need with shoes for school. Founded in Claremont in 1992, this vision has turned into the largest national organization of its kind. The mission is to allow children the opportunity to focus on their studies rather than their circumstances and attend school in comfort and with dignity. The organization currently distributes over 100,000 pair of athletic shoes per year. The distribution of shoes also includes three to six pairs of matching athletic socks. Shoes That Fit is located within walking distance of Claremont Village and Claremont Colleges, and there is ample, free parking available on the premises.
