HistoryIn 2005, Meg Urie Rab opened SmallPond Studio, a graphic design studio in a converted shed in historic downtown Truckee, CA. Shortly after, Shannon Reilly, a talented graphic artist and illustrator, walked into the shed and was hired on the spot. Recognizing the need to round out their service offerings, they hired Renee Deinken to head up the web development side of things. The three became fast friends and built a successful business based on providing superior customer service and inspired graphic design. In 2013 SmallPond Studio was named Small Business of the Year by the Truckee Chamber of Commerce. In the spring of 2014, we closed our SmallPond Studio office and went virtual, a move that allows us to more easily offer our services to clients across Northern California and Nevada.
