Using a cognitive-behavioral approach to therapy (CBT), I specialize in issues related to anxiety and stress management, excessive worry, OCD, the entertainment industry and high-stress careers, procrastination and time management. I provide my clients with a safe, supportive space to explore old, ineffective patterns and replace them with new, more effective ones; strengthen coping, decision-making and communication skills; build self-esteem; deepen relationships; and create lasting change.
