History
Each Windsor nursing and care centers is a provider of long-term healthcare and rehabilitation services with a universal goal of imparting quality care to their respective patients, residents, family members and associates. The first Windsor facility was founded in 1984. Today there are 30 skilled nursing facilities and 3 assisted living centers located throughout the State of California and parts of Arizona. The 34 centers employ over 5,500 individuals who come together to offer nursing, therapeutic, sub-acute and rehabilitation care to their patients, always striving to promote healing and produce value and hope for over 4,000 patients they touch every day.

What makes us unique and separates us from other facilities is the ability to provide person-centered care with a loving touch. This is accomplished by having attentive and caring staff assembled. In an effort to make as many residents feel at home as possible, our nursing staff is fluent in several languages. These languages include: Spanish, Russian, Sign, Ukranian, Korean, Mandarin, Hindi, Punjabi, Japanese, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnam, Hmong, and French. Our rehab team has well qualified physical, occupational and speech therapists who work with some of the most complex post-surgical care needs and have helped countless severe stroke patients restore to their highest level of function.
