Owners Raye Scott and Francine Finn opened Windermere Signature Properties with the sole intention of providing a better service to their clients. As two of San Diego's top producing agents with over 45 years of combined experience, they knew they had more than enough real estate and business acumen to reach the top. Together they have established a locally-owned boutique agency with experienced and ethical agents who have their client's best interests at heart. Despite these turbulent times, Windermere Signature Properties has had a very promising first year based heavily on referrals by satisfied clients.
