History
The family-owned Southern California restaurant group was established in 2017 by partners Andrew Faour and Ziad Diab. The partnership combines their extensive expertise in the liquor and commercial real estate industry as well as Faour's years of culinary training. After discovering his love for food at a young age, Faour went to Le Cordon Bleu in Hollywood to pursue his ambition of working in the restaurant industry. After ascending ranks in renowned kitchens such as The Bazaar by Jose Andres, XIV By Michael Mina, and Momed, Faour opened The Pub at Chino Hills in 2013. Wicked Cow Inc. also includes Wicked Cow Burgers and Brews in Upland, Clubhouse 66, a restaurant in Glendora focusing on classic American cuisine with California flair, and most recently, The Pizzeria at Chino Hills and the second location of Wicked Cow in Tarzana.
