White House Pilates is an exercise studio that offers professional Pilates training for students and instructors in Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach and Manhattan Beach. Group, semi-private and private classes are available for purchase, either individually or in packages of up to 80 sessions. All of the instructors at White House Pilates have undergone a nine-month training program, as well as a three- to six-month teaching apprenticeship, and also are fully certified to provide Pilates training. The instructor training program at White House Pilates offers comprehensive education to students with the desire to become Pilates instructors.
