Chef Brigitte Theriault was classically trained in her hometown of Montreal, Canada. From there she started White Apron Chef in Manhattan in 2005, where she served Manhattanites until 2008. In 2008, she started White Apron Chef in San Francisco, thrilled for all the incredible California produce. Today while White Apron continues to operate in San Francisco, she lives and serves Sonoma County - happy to have found a place that shares her values for slow food, local ingredients, good wine and good friends.
