Chef Pei is an Chinese American who lived and made ramen in Osaka Japan for 15 years. Pei moved to Los Angeles in 2015, and opened his first ramen house here bringing his own ramen style to the Inland Empire.

I got the Tonkostu ramen lite but with udon noodles. The broth was amazing. But the pork tasted a bit burnt. I think bc the pork gyoza was burnt too. Maybe they need to clean the flat top....
